When Can I Expect My Order? Based on availability, you can expect your order to be shipped within 5 to 7 business days of ordering and you should allow two weeks for delivery. Most of the time, you'll get it much quicker! Please remember, orders placed on the weekend won't be processed until the next business day. For special handling or faster delivery, please read below.

Customs Information (International Customers) Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your postal carrier if you have questions about customs fees.

Return Policy - All sales are final on magazines, discontinued items and Warehouse Sale items. - Returns are only accepted on all regularly priced merchandise in new and unused condition. All items are returnable within 60 days of receipt. - Merchandise must be returned with a copy of the invoice. - The customer is responsible for the return shipping and handling charges. All returns must be shipped via traceable means, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. If you are an international customer ordering MAGAZINES ONLY
the shipping rate will be re-calculated offline as follows:

Canada - Each group of 1-3 issues $11.50
International - Each group of 1-3 issues $13.50

Single Publications are sent Media Mail or Bound Printed Matter.

If your shipping charges show as $0.00 the weight is over 19lbs which we are not able to calculate online.
Charges after 20lbs are additional and will not be shown on the receipt.

Special Handling and Faster Delivery
If you require special handling or priority shipment, please call customer service at 1-877-782-6737.

For faster delivery, we offer 3-day, 2-day and overnight UPS delivery.
When ordering online, please specify in the comment box which shipping method you prefer.
In addition to UPS rush charges, a $5 service fee will be added.

Canada and International Shipping & Handling
International/Canada shipping charges will be added to your order once shipping charges are calculated.
The final price shown on the email receipt will not include shipping costs.
A $3.00 handling fee will be added for International stamp and accessory orders.
