Spray a watercolor paper panel with Sea Glass glimmer mist (5TA-SEAGLASS). Stamp Polka Dot Heart image (C8457) on the panel with Pumpkin StazOn ink (5TS-SZ92) Set aside. Stamp Florette image (S7353) on a piece of vellum and layer this over the heart. Attach a jewel to the center of the stamped flower. Place this over some old book paper, scrap fabric and a 7gypsies 'Receipt' card. Attach the final image to a folded note card. |
