With watercolor paints and watercolor paper begin painting a pink background shading areas with either grey and white paint (or colored pencils). While your background is drying stamp, with black ink (5TS-BLACK) the city image (5CC-QOT10), dress (5CC-QOT11) and sailing love notes (5CC-QOT11) onto a piece of white cardstock. Shade your images as you desire with colored pencils or watercolor pencils. Once the stamped images have dried cut all the images out with sharp craft scissors (5TO-817) and set aside.
Adhere the buildings to the bottom of you background and add a strip of sheet music (5CA-MUSIC) to the top of your piece. Now stamp your images onto your painted background with the black ink (5TS-BLACK) you previously used. Using a 3 dimensional adhesive (5JV-12296), place the stamped images you cut out over those in which you stamped directly on to your background. Add “Once Upon A Time” to the top of your background as well as a strip of satin ribbon with coordinating ribbon tied in a bow. Finally add the stamped image of the small bird included on the stamp sheet randomly stamp or draw small hearts.

Onto crème cardstock, with black ink (5TS-BLACK) stamp the dress image two times. With craft scissors (5TO-817) cut both of your images out, cutting through some of the negative space as this will add dimension to your piece. With 3 dimensional adhesive (5JV-12296), place one image over the other. With a heart stamp and red ink (5TS-RED), stamp a heart and add it to the center of the dress.
Again with black ink, onto crème cardstock stamp the love notes. Cut these out as well and adhere to the back of your dress. Finally add two strips of red ribbon and place onto a small craft hanger. Hang on a favorite inspiration board, family bulletin board or add to a lovely valentine’s banner for all to admire.
