BRASH BURGERS

3 Tbsp. butter
2 green onions
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
4 French rolls, sliced and buttered
1/2 Tsp. garlic salt
1/2 Tsp. salt
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, grated

Saute onions and mushrooms just until butter coated in 1 Tbsp butter; cool. Lightly toast buttered French rolls. Mix rest of ingredients with mushroom mixture and pat on thickly to completely cover toasted roll halves. Bake at 425-degrees about 20 min. Check at 15 minutes to be sure they don't burn.
