features
18 In The Spotlight
Suzette's Thoeni's inventive use of craft objects, such as miniature plastic eggs, tidbits of nesting materials, ribbons and cut out birds, add a remarkable sense of depth and dimension to her nature themed artwork..

20 Betty Locke from Duncan, British Columbia, Canada decided to challenge herself to use one hand-carved flower image in a variety of ways. Using only a pink stamp pad, and a few detailed pen accents, her lovely images unfold bringing to mind a playful and endearing sense of spring.

22 Jackie Gann wondered what might happen if she crossed the world of sewing with stamping. As you will see, this artist from Eugene, Oregon did just that and her results are amazing!

24 Designer Tags
This chic collection of designer tag cards was created by artist Fran Seiford. Fran's cards are rubber stamped with her delightful Stampendous! images and are coordinated with a wide range of products tags.

27 Girlfriends Paper Dolls
In our Feb/Mar 2006 issue, we showed you the outside of Linda Findley's Paper Dolls Box and saved what was inside for this issue. This charming yet whimsical paper doll garland is about as intricate and unique as the real life girlfriends they represent.

30 Magenta Frames
Using Magenta's foam frames, Jacqueline Bartels from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada added dimension to her artwork, resulting in fun, imaginative and customized looks for each one of her projects.

34 Flights of Fancy Box
Looking for an artistic idea that will make your imagination soar? With her simple love for flight as the theme, artist Sandi Kelly from Citrus Heights, California created this marvelous Flights of Fancy Box with an accordion folded book inside.

37 Vellum Candle Covers
Brandi Powell from Des Moines, Iowa, has fashioned these extraordinary candle covers using vellum panels accented with buttons and charms.
