Stampers' Sampler realizes that we're all short on time occasionally.
That's when it's great to have a few "Take Ten" cards in your
repertoire. In each issue of this publication we like to share quick
and easy cards made by our readers. With a few of the right supplies
on hand, these cards come together in minutes.
Tracking
the date will be more fun this year with one of these easy-to-make and
easy-to-read, stand-up calendars which are the inspiration of Elissa
Westlake-Faye of Carlisle, MA and Cindee Ludlow of Camarillo, CA. Both
artists combine an acrylic easel and computer-generated calendars with
her rubber stamps.

inspiration for this issue. The Soleil Points image is ideal for the
long days of summer stamping. Like tentacles on a octopus, the curling
rays of this sun make for whimsical, sophisticated, dramatic and childlike

Paper
punching is hot. With so many shapes to choose from, card ideas are
endless. Our readers sent us some of the most outstanding card ideas
using these many punch shapes. Our Chunky Stamping challenge was met
with equal enthusiasm. Using the large foam stamps on the market for
home decor, clever and unique samples were submitted for this challenge.
