Tempting Template

Stamp Credits: D.O.T.S.

An easy-to-follow template like this one will inspire many of you! Pocket cards, so named for the pocket created by folding up the corners of the card, are useful, fun and quick to make. The template is hardly necessary, but gives you an idea of how to fold the card and fasten the corners. This sample created by Kathryn Maier is babyinspired and holds a small star rattle that echoes the theme of her stamped images. She tied her pocket closed with jute twine by lacing it through holes she punched in the corners. This idea really has possibilities!

1. Cut card stock into a rectangle.
2. Mountain-fold card in half.
3. Valley-fold corners according to template.
4. Punch holes in corners and secure as desired.
