• Photocopy template, sizing to desired dimensions.
• Cut along solid lines.
• Score along dotted line.
• Stamp and embellish as desired.
• Fold along the scored line.
• Apply glue to the center of the fold and pinch together.
• Bend and mold the template to create fortune cookie.
• Add fortune with a stamped or computer-generated message.
