Stamp Carving Tools & Blocks

Stamp Carving Tools & Blocks

If you’ve ever longed for a stamp you just knew didn’t exist, you’ll love these supplies! These carving tools and carving blocks will allow you to create your own stamps, using almost any source as inspiration for your own design. The tools allow you to create a variety of looks on your stamps, with tips ranging from a thin liner to a wide gouge. You’ll be amazed at the detail you can include, and will love the rough hewn look that the wider tools provide.

The carving blocks are a very soft eraser-like material that cut “like butter”, no joke! Both sides of a block can be carved, maximizing your output, and blocks can be cut into smaller pieces if desired.

Step-by-step instructions will be invaluable as you work with this exciting medium. We suggest a book carried “On the Shelf” to help you along, called "Rubber Stamp Carving: Techniques, Designs & Projects". Even yours truly, a non stamper and non-drawing type, was able to complete some stamps successfully with the help of this text! Featured projects include a range of images, as well as instruction on how to create a stamp of your own signature –a wonderful thing to add to your handmade cards or other projects.
