Casablanca 1942 by Debbi Baker of Kalgoorlie, Western Australia, graces the cover of this issue. The artist loves stippling paper surfaces with ink and using photocopies in her compositions. She also used rubber stamps, cardstock panels, brads, shipping tags, and a map from Morocco to fashion her collage for our “Casablanca: A Romance” issue. You can read more about her technique in Sample Instructions on page 139.
