“The Slipper Fits”

Start by painting the shadow box (5CTSHADOWBOX) with pink acrylic paint (5HSP24835). Allow to dry.

Mix Gesso (5HSP24941) with a little water. Paint over the entire shadow box with the gesso mixture to give it a chalk-like finish so the pink is a little more subtle. Allow to dry.

Use the versacolor umber ink pad (5VS-000-055) and lightly distress all the edges and surfaces of the shadow box.

Print out a small black and white picture and then glue to the inside of the shadow box door.

Pierce a small hole in the top edge of the inside of the box and stick a rhinestone brad (5CI-18835) through the hole.

Hang the slipper (5GS-WSLIPPER) onto the brad and then bend the clasps of the brad to attach it securely.

Add another small rhinestone brad (5CI-18835) to the satin ribbon on the slipper.
