Tea Time Paper Doll Banner
By Angela Hoffman
Using 8x11“ papers in bright colors to coordinate with the paper dolls, cut triangles with the point centered on the 8” side. Line each edge, from behind, with black strips of paper cut with decorative scissors. Decorate the banner using paper dolls (5SH9179) cut from the book including the cover doll, flowers (punched from various papers inked with Tim Holtz Distress Inks in mustard seed, peeled paint and fired brick), stamped and embossed in black, tea cups from Michelle Ward's Tea and Coffee Collection cup collection (click here) , sparkly embellishments, various buttons and paper trims. Spell out “Tea Time” across the banner with sparkly chipboard letters. Fold and glue bits of ribbon onto the bottom of each triangle. Punch holes on both sides of each triangle, thread ribbon through, secured with knots, for hanging your fun tea party banner. |
