Artist Carolyn Waitt designed a representation of Prajnaparamita, the goddess of “Perfect Wisdom”. The goddess is embellished with threads, charms and beads. The instructions and necessary materials are included in the book of the Create Your Own Goddess (Discontinued) kit.

The sassy miss perched atop the cigar box is a creation of Carolyn Waitt. She covered the Bendi doll (Discontinued) with fabric paint and stamp images then added a wild mane of turquoise hair, a jaunty domino bow tie and lettered bracelet. Olivia Thomas named her doll "This is no time to be frail." After wetting the doll completely, she applied acrylic paint, letting the colors run together. The face is stamped on a separate piece of muslin and sewn on. Found objects, beads and a key add pizzazz. With a mask and velvet cloak, Maureen Blackman's lady has an air of mystery about her. A closer look reveals a mane of henna hair (polymer clay coils), hat and slippers made of velvet and a shimmery dress. This gal is definitely a character for an Agatha Christie mystery.
