French Sewing Kit

Paint the outside of an aluminum tin and four round tins from Tiny Tins in aluminum case (5LV27K50.33) with ivory acrylic and let dry. Glue a panel of white patterned paper from Lynne Perrella’s Somerset Artist Paper (5SC-50100) to the lid of the tin. Attach two cutouts from ATC Paper Pad - Sewing (5LA-6506) to the lid. Attach the letters S, E, and W from Provo Craft Epoxy Stickers - Round Alphabet (5PR-24-8087) to three Provo Craft Metal Frames - Round (5PR-24-8089). Tie a length of Brown Scrappers Floss (5KF-00350) in and out of the loops on the frames. Attach two pewter Loopy Brads from Loopy Brads - Metal (5KF-00165) to the lid and tie the ends of the floss to the brads, as shown. Inside: Trace the inside lid and bottom dimensions onto cardboard and cover with the same Lynn Perella patterned paper. Attach four pewter loopy brads from the Loopy Brads - Metal to the panel for the bottom of the tin, spacing them as shown. Tie four lengths of Brown Scrapper's Floss to the four loopy brads. Place the panel into the bottom of the tin along with the four round tins. Tie the floss around the tins, as shown. Cut out a French Button card and a thread card from Collage Sheet - Parisian Sewing Kit (5ARSEWING) and attach to cardboard, trim edges. Attach brown buttons to the button card with blue wire. Place the button card into the tin. Wrap Brown, Red (5KF-00255), White (5KF-00292), Yellow (5KF-00243), Black (5KF-00351) and Orange (5KF-00345) Scrapper’s Floss around the thread card. Attach the thread card to the prepared lid panel with two loopy brads. Tie Brown Scrappers Floss around a needle threader and a paper measuring tape. Attach the prepared pieces to the lid panel with double-sided tape. Attach the lid panel to the inside of the lid.
