FILE REQUIREMENTS
Please provide a hard copy of ad with files. Be sure to collect all support files for ad, including fonts and imports. Files should be CMYK. RGB and Pantone are not acceptable. Imports must be TIFF or EPS. No PDF files will be accepted. Fonts have two parts: printer font and screen font. Include both parts. For full page ads add 1ž4" bleed all the way around. All pertinent information in a full-page ad should be kept within the live area.

BLACK AND WHITE ADS
Digital submissions are preferred for all ads, including black and white. If camera-ready art is supplied, RC paper/Velox is preferred. Ad must not have gray tones. If a laser print is sent, artwork should be 100% black (NO GRAY SCALE), at least 300 dpi and 150 lpi. Somerset Studio is not responsible for the quality of reproduction of an ad sent with gray tones unless it is sent digitally.

CONTACT INFORMATION
Please provide a list of contacts for the ad. Include the advertiser, advertising agency or ad designer and phone numbers for each.

MAC OR PC
Macintosh format is preferred, although some PC formats are accepted. PC files will only be accepted if they are submitted as tiff, eps, or pdf.

E-MAIL
Ad files are accepted via e-mail in order to meet deadlines if they require less than five minutes downloading time. (2MB or smaller) Identical files should be sent on disk. Please fax or mail a hard-copy proof of your ad and all contact information for proofing purposes. Somerset Studio is not responsible for files that are corrupt or become unreadable via Internet transfer.

ADDITIONAL FEES
Preflight production (checking files, ad placement) is included in the cost of your ad. Any additional production time (files improperly formatted, corrupt, not sized to spec, sent as film) will be billed at $60.00 per hour in 15 minute increments. You will be contacted before any additional charges are incurred.
