Christmas
ornaments, dancing in the holiday light are one of the surest signs
the season is upon us. We like this template for its versatility, design
and sizing options. In the hands of our artists, it acquired many forms:
invitations, placecards, ornaments for the tree, wine charms, frames
for art, Christmas cards, etc. Use a copier to try this template at
many different sizes and you'll find yourself reaching for it again
and again this season.
Known
throughout history to be the protector against evil spells, mischief
or diseases, amulets have been worn for centuries by people all over
the world. For artist Carolyn Waitt, amulets represent a piece of art
that holds within it secret thoughts, items with special meaning and
bits of her history.
Rather
than reaching for your Christmas images and red and green inks this
year, challenge yourself to think outside the traditional holiday box.
Our artists attacked their seasonal projects with this plan in mind.
Choosing images from the entire Stampington & Company line, they
explored old favorites with a new twist. Combining an untraditional
stamp image with a holiday greeting or pine bough, they got an instant
Christmas look. Or take the challenge to use a favorite seasonal image
with an entirely new palette. Orange and blues, pink and silver, or
try lavender, salmon and teal for something really avant garde! With
a few of these ideas you'll be stamping outside the box in no time!
Are
your boxes of holiday memories gathering dust? Take heart. Impressive
Memories is here to help! With clever ideas for photo preservation and
loads of ideas for journaling, our team of artists will have you cutting,
cropping and stamping pages of family celebrations for generations to
come.
