Fab Fall Clutch

Begin with an Amy Clutch (5CI-16338). Lightly brush two contrasting colors (turquoise and yellow used in sample) on the outside of the clutch, leaving the sides white, and then wipe with a slightly damp paper towel to create a “streaky” effect. Once the paint has dried, tear a corner off of one sheet from the Autumn Collection Paper Pad (5DD-AUT6X6) and glue to the corner of the lower lid. Choose two rub-ons from the Wild Saffron Rub-On sheet (5KC-592346) to embellish the upper and lower lids. Apply the rub-ons carefully, forming them to the curves of the clutch. Apply a flower rub-on above the clasp. Wrap Wild Saffron Adhesive Paper Ribbon (5KC-542235) around the bottom edge of the top lid, then run two strips around the body of the clutch, tucking the ends on the inside. Use E-Z Walnut Tintz in Tea Stain (5FB-FS113 - Discontinued) and Whitewash (5FBFS121) to stain the side panels of the purse, including the strip of paper ribbon. To line the inside of the purse, cut coordinating strips from the Autumn Collection Paper Pad and glue to the inner lids. Use another strip of Wild Saffron Adhesive Paper Ribbon to finish off the lining.

Ravishing Rolodex

This project can be made rather quickly using punch-out rolodex dividers. Purchase a plain rolodex from an office supply store to use with the rolodex dividers. Stamp letters of the alphabet onto the rolodex dividers using Making Memories Magnetic Stamp Alphabet - Rummage and Nick Bantock Ink Pad - Van Dyke Brown. Add ribbons and embellishments of your liking. Then, trace the shape on each side of the rolodex onto paper from the Harvest Kit Collection, cut, and adhere them to cover the visible sides of rolodex (use a rolodex card to trace two holes to cover the upper parts of the rolodex). Lastly, place the dividers in their appropriate places.
