These simple pouches can hold items such as eyeglasses, tisssues or handkerchiefs.
Or use them as great little gift bags.

1. Draw a pattern for the pouch.
2. Trace twice onto stiff, handmade paper.
3. Cut one piece larger, leaving about 1/4 inch excess trim.
4. Fold trim inward.
5. Apply glue to trim and affix to second piece to create the pouch.
6. Emboss the lower half only of the Large Ruffled Heart (P2100) on coordinating
paper with desired color.
7. Cut out, leaving a large "tab" of paper on the upper half.
8. Fold back tab and insert into pouch so the ruffle appears on the outside of the pouch.
9. Affix the tab inside the pouch with glue and anchor outside ruffle with foam tape.
10. Embellish with cord handle, buttons and beads.
