When can I expect my order?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days after checkout. Please keep in mind that orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the next business day. After your order has been processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
*Order processing time is subject to availability. If any of the items you order are unavailable or out of stock, the expected time of delivery may be longer, and you will be notified via e-mail.
How do I know if my online order was processed?
You will receive a confirmation number and email for each order placed. If you do not receive these, then the order did not go through successfully.

When will my subscription end?
Above your name on the mailing label, you will see a code. This indicates when your last issue will be. For example: If you subscribe to Take Ten and it says AUT11 above your name, the Autumn 2011 issue will be your last.
Additionally, your last issue will have a "Last Issue" notice when we mail it to you.
Return Policy
What is your return policy?
All sales are final on magazines, discontinued products and Warehouse Sale items.
All regularly-priced merchandise must be returned within 60 days in its original, unused condition. The customer is responsible for any shipping and handling charges that apply. Stampington & Company is not responsible for any lost items that are sent without tracking numbers or have not been mailed via traceable means: including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS.
