Sentiment Gift Box By Vanessa Spencer Treat yourself to a Heartfelt(ed) sentiment or use one as a gift for someone special. Kristen Robinsons handmade felt hearts are a lovely sentiment that can be used in a variety of ways. Our FREE guest artist video of Kristen features her demonstrating how to use one of the Charm sentiments to create a necklace or bracelet.
When giving a Heartfelt(ed) sentiment as a gift, add some other handmade touches by placing it in a gift box that has been decorated or altered! I used a wooden box (5KABOXSM) and simply painted it with white acrylic paint (5HSP24750), then once the white had dried I roughly painted it with pink crackle paint (5RR-TDC23876). Once the Crackle Paint has dried you can distress the box with brown ink (5TH-TIM19527) to make it look even more aged. Add a strip of Prima Mulberry paper (5PM-850104) to the top of the box. Take a glass heart (5SDG-SHCLEAR) and glue it to the same coordinating Prima paper (5PM-850104) using the DG3 adhesive (5JK-DIAMOND4). Then use the DG3 to stick the heart embellishment to the inside of the box. Add some shredded paper to the box and place some Hearfelt(ed) sentiments inside. You gift is ready to give to somebody special!
