Begin by tracing all the bird images (see free template here) onto chipboard sheets and onto the papers from the Prima Tea and Silk kit (5PM-810535 SOLD OUT). Cut out all the bird images with Tim Holtz scissors by Tonic Studio (5TO-817). Glue all the paper bird images on to the chipboard bird shapes using a quality glue stick (5AT-BORDERLINE). Slightly sand the edges of all the birds using the Tim Holtz sanding block (5TH92482) once the glue has dried. Distress the edges of each bird with brown Versacolor ink (5VS-000-054). Punch small holes into each page. Choose the journaling notes from the Super Fabulous journaling box (5PM-517748) you want to use and distress the edges with brown ink (5VS-000-054). Attach the journaling notes with your glue stick (5AT-BORDERLINE). Some of the corners of the notes will come off the edge of the bird so just trim them off.
Add the red lace ribbon from the Tea and Silk kit (5PM-810535 SOLD OUT) to the bottom edges of some of the pages by attaching with glue dots (5JV-MINI). Use three leaves from the Prima Artful collage leaves pack (5PM-523862) and fan them out to create the look of a wing. Attach them to the back cover by inserting a Tea and Silk brad (5PM-810252) through them and then gluing to the back with glue dots (5JV-MINI). On the front cover add a flower from the Tea and Silk kit (5PM-810535 SOLD OUT) and insert a Tea and Silk brad (5PM-810252) through the center then glue to the cover using a glue dot (5JV-MINI). Finally add a binder ring through the punched holes.
