"Marvelous Memoir"
by Sarah Meehan

Begin with a ridge journal (5LEJOURNALSM). Cut a rectangle 6" x 3.75" out of white cardstock. Fold to create a card that opens from the center (finished size - 3" x 3.75"). Using elements from Red Embellishments sheet (5AR-G914) and a large Clearly Ornate Genie’s Gem (5IM-DJWL01), decorate the front of the card.

Adorn the inside of the card with patterned tissue paper and a page from the Women ATC Collection Paper Pad (5LA-6502). Glue finished card and additional Red Embellishments (5AR-G914) to the front of the journal. Cut a tag out of a patterned page from the Women ATC Collection Paper Pad (5LA-6502) and attach eyelets.

Stamp the word “live” onto the tag, and glue the tag to the front of the journal. Embellish the inside cover with Paris Labels Decoupage Paper (5CPPARLAB) and elements from the Women ATC Collection Paper Pad (5LA-6502). On the first page of the journal, add an element from the Red Embellishments sheet (5AR-G914) and a vintage photograph.

Create a doodle on the corner of this page to complete the journal. Make matching pencils using 1" strips (in the length of the pencil that you are covering) of Paris Labels Decoupage Paper (5CPPARLAB).

Cover the backside of the strips with glue and slowly roll onto the pencils, making sure to remove air bubbles as you go.
