Use Golden
Regular Gel Matte (5GO-3030) to glue a piece of Grenoble
12x12 paper (5SG-1921 - Discontinued) to the front of a standard composition
book. Weight it down to dry thoroughly, and trim around edges. Apply
Copper Foil
Tape (5TAPE CPR14) to finish the edges. Stamp Touring
(C8239) and Visit
to Paris (C8218) on the front of the journal as shown. Scatter
scenes of Paris from Paris
Postcards Stickers (5PR-42-1079 - Discontinued) across front of journal. Cut
a length of “Collections
from the Journey” Twill tape (5SG-TAPES - Discontinued) to fit around the
journal. Dye it with Walnut Midnight (5SG-8861 - Discontinued) and allow to dry. Fasten a Silver
Lock (5SG-8235) to the ends of the twill tape and place around
journal. Dye small shipping tags with Color
Wash-Walnut Midnight (5SG-8861 - Discontinued) and Color
Wash-Pastel Green (5SG-8872 - Discontinued), and allow to dry. Apply stickers
from French Tags Stickers
(5PR-42-1085) to the tags and clip them to the twill tape using
Silver
Clips (5SG-8229 - Discontinued) and Alligator
Clips (5SG-8236). Use Lumiere Metallic Bronze to rub over the
black binding on the journal and tie the colors together.
