Which Payment Methods do you accept?

Our website is protected by Atlantis International through the COMODO Group to ensure that all online transactions through our site are safe and secure.
When can I expect my order?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days after checkout. Please keep in mind that orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the next business day. After your order has been processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

*Order processing time is subject to availability. If any of the items you order are unavailable or out of stock, the expected time of delivery may be longer, and you will be notified via e-mail.

How do I know if my online order was processed?
You will receive a confirmation number and email for each order placed. If you do not receive these, then the order did not go through successfully.
When will my subscription begin?

When will my subscription end?
Above your name on the mailing label, you will see a code. This indicates when your last issue will be. For example: If you subscribe to Take Ten and it says AUT11 above your name, the Autumn 2011 issue will be your last.
Additionally, your last issue will have a "Last Issue" notice when we mail it to you.

Return Policy

What is your return policy?
All regularly priced merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 60 days of purchase, if it is in new and unused condition. A copy of the invoice must accompany all returned merchandise.

All sales are final on magazines, discontinued items and Warehouse Sale items.

Returned items must be shipped via traceable means, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. Stampington & Company is not responsible for any lost items returned without a tracking number.

When making returns, the customer is responsible for any shipping and handling charges that apply, unless there has been a mistake made on the part of Stampington & Company, the retailer. A credit will be issued back to the customer’s Stampington & Company account unless otherwise specified.

All items are shipped using Standard mail, unless otherwise specified.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! If you have special handling instructions or would prefer to use one of the expedited shipping methods listed below, please indicate your choice in the comment box during checkout or call us, toll-free at (877) 782 – 6737. In addition to UPS rush charges, a $5 service fee will apply.

What are my shipping charges?
U.S. – Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed in your shopping cart prior to checkout.

International – Shipping charges will be added to your order once they have been calculated offline. Over-sized Products
All items over 19 lbs are considered over-sized items for which the shipping rate must be re-calculated offline. Although your shipping costs may show up as $0.00 on your order receipt, a shipping charge that is based on the product’s weight, will apply
