This Lovely banner was initially a make-and-take from the Melissa Frances booth at the Winter CHA show in Anaheim earlier this year. I made some small variations to create a slightly different look and to feature our new Lovely Maiden (5VI-MAIDSKIT) stickers!

Start by cutting chipboard into the banner shape. You will need 6 banners. Use various Attic Treasures papers (5HH-ATTIC) and cut down to the same size as the chipboard then glue the papers onto the chipboard banners. Distress the edges of each banner with a brown ink (5TS-BROWN).

I used a blue patterned paper from my personal stash to cut strips approx 1” wide and the length of the banner piece. Distress the edges of those blue pieces with the brown ink also and then glue onto the center of each banner piece.

Make rosettes from crepe paper and then glue onto the 4 center pieces with a strong adhesive (5AG-DDC02). Cut out 4 scalloped circle shapes with a punch or you can use scalloped edged scissors for the same look. Distress the edges of the scalloped circles also.

Attach a Lovely Maiden (5VI-MAIDSKIT) sticker onto each circle and then glue the circles to the center of each rosette. Punch small circles in the top left and right corner of each banner piece.

Once all the pieces are assembled take a white satin ribbon to thread through each piece and then hang anywhere you desire!!
