Also known as “transfer band” or rub-on tape!  Now it’s easier than ever to create beautiful and effortless rub-on borders and stitching with rub-on tape. Just apply gentle and even pressure and rub the transfer tape slowly across the area where the rub-on will be applied. Allow 30 seconds of drying time before touching. If you make an “oops” just remove it with an eraser. Each pack has 2 tape dispensers—13 feet per cartridge (26 feet total per pack).
