Hello Treasure Chest

This project was created using products available in the Create With Me Treasure Kit (5SER-CWMKITLG).

Paint the outside of the box using the red and blue paints with the foam brush, and allow to dry. Using some of the white and red narratives papers and “Hello” artist paper, trim the pieces down and layer them onto the lid of the box. Tie the white twill ribbon around the bottom edge of the chest, and tie a bow. Fill the box with the remaining leftover kit supplies or your child’s favorite hidden treasures!

Character Book Box

Using products from the Create With Me Book Bundle Kit (5SER-CWMKITSM), I altered this book box in no time! Using a foam brush, paint the outside and inside of the book with sand acrylic paint. Glue a piece of the “Alphabet” artist paper to the front of the box and small strips of the red paper to the binding of the book. Cut out one of the character images, mount it onto red paper, and cut it out once more. Attach the character to the front of the box. Glue the polka dot ribbon around the three sides of the box. Fill the box with odds and ends for you little characters!
